IEEE Promotion of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (PIE), a special interest group formed within the IEEE Kerala section, has the motive to nurture the Entrepreneurship and Innovation skills among the students and professional community.

About Us

IEEE PIE’s mission is to foster entrepreneurial engineering and technological innovation for the benefit of humanity. Main Target Groups: 1.Young Innovators 2.Aspiring Entrepreneurs 3.Professional startup enthusiasts "PIE Community" is our effort to nurture and bring out the entrepreneurial talent in students as well as budding entrepreneurs belonging to IEEE Kerala Section. 350+ community members are not only given guidance but are also given special opportunities tailored for them. "Voice It", on the other hand, is an interview series, where we check in with entrepreneurs in a variety of different fields, technical and non-technical alike, and get insights on how to become a successful entrepreneur in niches as well as broad fields.

Highlighted Events

The events are carefully designed to bring out the best in the attendees and deliver maximum benefit to them.

IEEE PIE Kerala Section's maiden event in 2021, ‘ARISE’, promoted entrepreneurship and a
career in management and consisted of a variety of activities, with prominent entrepreneurs and mentors for the participants. The event garnered 1500+ registrations all over, with
students from about 150 different colleges.
