Kochi: IEEE TENSYMP -the spring conference of IEEE Region 10, organized by IEEE Kerala Section will be the cross road of researchers, industry and the Government for delving into the ever evolving developments in the motif of Smart Cities. TENSYMP 2017 will also feature high quality tutorials, workshops and industry sessions, as well as keynotes from prominent research and industry leaders.The event will be held at Le Meridian Kochi, Kerala from 14-16 July 2017.

Prof U B Desai, the director of IIT Hyderabad, Shri APM Mohammed Hanish IAS and Prof Kukjin Chun from Seoul National University, Korea are the keynote speakers for the event.

Day 1 will cover tutorial sessions related to cognitive IoT, software defined networking for smart communications and a technology case study for a smart Pune. Workshops for enhancing awareness related advanced ICT Technologies and IEEE standards for smart cities will also be conducted. Parallel sessions in Smart energy, mobility, infrastructure, health and waste management as well as WIE and YP special track paper presentations will be held on Day 2. Day 3 will witness other parallel sessions related to Smart energy, governance, communications and security.
