Conference Activities Board (CAB) of IEEE Kerala Section is happy to invite the online Indent, from prospective organizers, towards hosting IEEE SPICES 2022.
About IEEE SPICES
The International Conference on ‘Signal Processing, Informatics, Communication and Energy Systems (SPICES)’, is a flagship conference of IEEE Kerala Section conducted biennially.
It is a platform for technical exchange amongst researchers from academia, research laboratories, and industries in various emerging fields of Signal Processing, Communication, Computer Science, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electric Drives, Instrumentation and Control Systems typically spanning across five tracks. The technical program includes keynote speeches, plenary talks, regular technical sessions, and special sessions.

Proposers may suggest exact dates in the conference proposal to be uploaded
Eligibility to bid for conduct of the conference
Prospective Organizers who wish to bid should meet the following criteria;
1.Should have an active IEEE Student branch at the host institute
2.Should have proven track record of organizing high impact international events
3.Should be able to submit and meticulously execute fool proof conference organization proposal
4.Should have received a good technical and financial and organizational ecosystem, needed to conduct this high impact international event.
Application Process
1. The prospective organizers upload conference proposal form, along with a formal request letter signed by the Head of Institution and submit the online indent form. (https://forms.gle/EiY2QL1yLinsHYDG6)

Deadline for this is 10.12.2020
2. The Convener circulates the request to the members of the CAB
3. CAB members reviews and shortlist the best applications (may typically take 14 days)
4.The shortlisted applicant(s) will be invited for an online presentation of evidences (as claimed in the application)
5. If approved by CAB, the proposal(s) will be submitted to the IEEE Kerala Section Chair for necessary further approvals.
