The IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit (ILS) is an Internationally lauded program of IEEE Women in Engineering, which is one of the world’s largest technical communities with 30000 members in over 100 countries working towards curtailing the scenario of underrepresentation of Women in Engineering and Technology.
The first IEEE WIE ILS emerged from the women technical community of Chennai in 2015.
